Longterm Motivation and Inspiration for Higher Education Teachers – is it Possible?

As a PhD Researcher within Applied Pedagogy I aim to improve the quality of life for higher education staff. Workplace Pedagogy, Pedagogical Leardership and finding out what the different stake holders – the individual, management, the organization – can do to prevent negative stress, resulting harmful physical and psychological symptoms with the aim of making higher education an inspiring workplace for all involved.
