The OSE group appointed as a Center of Excellence at Åbo Akademi University

The OSE group has been appointed an internal Center of Excellence at Åbo Akademi University for the time-period 2010-14.
In total 27 applications were submitted, out of which the following four were selected:
- Lauri Karvonen: Democracy: A Citizen Perspective
- Peter Nynäs: Post-secular culture and a changing religious landscape in Finland
- Lea Sistonen: Cell Stress and Molecular Aging
- Tapio Westerlund: Optimization and Systems Engineering
