We wish to know what you think of our current services and how we might improve them. We want your opinions, experiences and new ideas whether you use our library services frequently, rarely, or not at all. The study will result in a report, which will help us develop our future services. Your contribution will, of course, be treated confidentially.<\/p>\n<p>HOW?<br \/>\nWe will meet up for a two-hour session and freely discuss a number of library related topics from our traditional and electronic services to our user education. We intend to carry out two focus group sessions, with 6-8 participants in each group.
