{"id":17,"date":"2025-01-17T13:49:10","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T12:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.abo.fi\/myth-centre-for-research-in-memory-testimony-and-histography\/?page_id=17"},"modified":"2025-10-29T13:49:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T11:49:31","slug":"organisation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.abo.fi\/myth-centre-for-research-in-memory-testimony-and-histography\/organisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The leaders of the centre\/Centrets ledare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/research.abo.fi\/sv\/persons\/jonas-ahlskog\">Jonas Ahlskog<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/research.abo.fi\/sv\/persons\/lovisa-and%C3%A9n\">Lovisa And\u00e9n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/research.abo.fi\/sv\/persons\/natan-elgabsi\">Natan Elgabsi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The organisation of the centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The centre for research in Memory, Testimony and Historiography (MYTH) is organisationally anchored in the subject of Philosophy at the Faculty of Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at \u00c5bo Akademi University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Currently, two major research projects are connected to MYTH. <em><a href=\"https:\/\/research.abo.fi\/en\/projects\/doing-justice-to-experience-relations-to-the-difficult-past-in-hi\">Doing Justice to Experience: Relations to the Difficult Past in History and Memory<\/a><\/em> (PI, Jonas Ahlskog, researcher Natan Elgabsi) and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/research.abo.fi\/en\/projects\/muted-memories-and-silenced-stories-memoirs-by-women-of-the-gulag\">Muted Memories and Silenced Stories: Memoirs by Women of the Gulag Archipelago<\/a> <\/em>(PI, Lovisa And\u00e9n).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the centre, we have continuous collaboration with national and Nordic institutions, and an international network of contacts. We intend to organise an annual symposium focusing on these contacts with the aim of initiating research collaboration for project applications. Vi \u00e4mnar \u00e5rligen ordna ett symposium med fokus p\u00e5 dessa kontakter med syfte att initiera forskningssamarbete f\u00f6r projektans\u00f6kningar.
