Business Development

The ”Business Development” module provides students with an understanding of the strategies and practices involved in driving growth and expanding business opportunities. In a competitive and ever-evolving business landscape, businesses and organizations (including startups) must proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities to sustain long-term success. This module aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively navigate the business development process, to explore dynamic business contexts and customer preferences, and to identify aspects of value-creation of established businesses, startup, and organizations.

The “Business Development” module features courses related to product innovation, service design and customer journeys, logistics and sales channels, market and data analysis, funding startups and business ventures, designing business models and revenue logic, as well as exploring global and geopolitical issues driving markets.
By the end of this module, students will have a solid understanding of business development strategies and practices, enabling them to identify and pursue growth opportunities effectively. They will possess the skills to conduct market analysis, develop innovative products or services, and design business models for sustainable growth.
