Participation fee
The workshop fee for all participants is 110 €. The fee include workshop program, four coffee breaks during the workshop, and the workshop dinner.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be honored until 30 days before the start of the event. Refunds will be payed on request.
Travel stipends
A limited number of travel and accommodation stipends are available to participants of the workshop. Stipends will be awarded only to participants who have registered to the workshop and duly paid their registration fee. Preference will be given to students that have had a paper accepted and are presenting that paper, but all participants are eligible to apply. The stipend will offset vouched travel costs of up to a maximum of 100 euros. Student status needs to be confirmed with a scanned copy of student ID card or other official document. The payment of the stipend will be made only against valid original receipts.
